How an agent works

Every agent follows a fixed workflow. You give the brief; the agent runs the steps, each with a 'why' and a timeline event.

1. 1Brief — the assignment you gave it; everything follows from this.
2. 2Search — gather candidates (businesses, customers, applicants…) from the sources.
3. 3Qualify — keep only what clears the threshold (e.g. an outdated score ≥ 70).
4. 4Draft — write a personal message that picks up on what it found.
5. 5Approve — you review, edit or approve; nothing goes out without this (until you raise autonomy).
6. 6Reply — handle incoming responses with a proposed reply.
7. 7Hand off — forward interested leads (in lead-gen) to a dev team for a showcase.
