REF·D1Agents & workflow 3 min read
How an agent works
Brief → search → qualify → draft → approve → reply → hand off.
Every agent follows a fixed workflow. You give the brief; the agent runs the steps, each with a 'why' and a timeline event.
- 1Brief — the assignment you gave it; everything follows from this.
- 2Search — gather candidates (businesses, customers, applicants…) from the sources.
- 3Qualify — keep only what clears the threshold (e.g. an outdated score ≥ 70).
- 4Draft — write a personal message that picks up on what it found.
- 5Approve — you review, edit or approve; nothing goes out without this (until you raise autonomy).
- 6Reply — handle incoming responses with a proposed reply.
- 7Hand off — forward interested leads (in lead-gen) to a dev team for a showcase.
Everything visible: nothing ever happens silently. Every step and every one of your decisions lands in the timeline.
