Build your first ecosystem
Tell Bro a goal, review the team it proposes, and build it — no forms.
Creating an ecosystem is a conversation, not a wizard. When you have none yet, you land straight in the big Bro.
- 1Open the app — with no ecosystems yet, Bro greets you full-screen. It first asks "Do you already have a business?" — give it your website and it reads your homepage to tailor everything to you (see Grounding in your business).
- 2Describe your goal in one sentence, e.g. "More clients for my cleaning business in Rotterdam". You can type it or press the mic and say it.
- 3Bro asks a couple of sharp clarifying questions, then proposes a team — each agent with a name, a role and a task — plus the access it'll need to go live.
- 4Happy? Say "build it" or hit the button. Bro creates the agents and drops you into the new ecosystem's world.
Nothing reaches the outside world yet — building an ecosystem just sets up the team. Outreach only happens later, after your approval.
