What exactly is a credit?
A credit is one unit of agent work. Finding a lead costs 1 credit, qualifying a site 1, drafting an outreach email 3, a reply 3, generating an image 8. Sending an approved email is free. You only ever spend credits on work the agents actually run.
How many credits do I get?
The free trial includes 500 one-time credits. Brohns Pro includes 4,000 credits every month — roughly enough to fully work 500–800 leads, depending on whether you verify contacts and generate images.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Agents simply pause outbound work — they never auto-spend money you didn't approve. You either wait for your monthly reset or top up with a credit pack, then they pick up where they left off.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Pro, unused monthly credits roll over into the next cycle, capped at your 4,000 allowance, so you're never punished for a quiet month. Trial credits don't roll over.
Do credits expire?
Trial credits expire when the 14-day trial ends. Monthly Pro credits reset each cycle (with one-cycle roll-over). Credits from top-up packs never expire — they sit in your balance until you use them.
What changes if I bring my own API keys?
Most actions drop to 1 credit each, because you're paying the provider (Google, Claude, Resend, an image model) directly and Brohns is only orchestrating. It's cheaper on credits, but you cover the provider's own usage fees.
Is sending emails really free?
Yes. Credits pay for the agent's thinking — research, qualifying, drafting. Delivering a message you've approved doesn't cost credits (your email provider's own sending limits still apply).
What's in the free trial?
Everything. Full access to every agent, every playbook, all integrations and the whole trust ladder, plus 500 credits to run it on your own goal. No features are locked behind the paywall — the trial is the real product.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial needs no card. You only add payment if you decide to continue on Pro after it ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month (or yearly if you choose) with no contract. Cancel whenever — you keep everything you built, and any top-up credits stay in your balance.
What if I need far more than 4,000 credits a month?
Stack credit packs — the Clipper pack is 20,000 credits for €160 (€0.008/credit) and they never expire. If you're consistently running at high volume, get in touch and we'll sort out something that fits.
